Visiting Lecturer Ann Marshall recently completed an historic structure report on the Jones Library in Amherst. Work largely consisted of gathering archival materials and examining the historic context of the building which was constructed in 1919. Graduate student Carly Regalado (23 M.Arch) and local architectural historian Eric Gradoia assisted in writing the architectural description, examining architectural drawings, surveying the physical condition of the building, and production of the final document. The first phase of this project was performed by Assistant Professor Eldra Walker and her class in spring 2019.
