Associate Professor Caryn Brause and her colleagues on the Technology | Architecture + Design (TAD) editorial board recently published a collaborative editorial, "Reflections on Five Years of TAD". In their essay, the editors reflect on the state of the journal, its objectives and achievements during the first five years of publication, and they also look ahead to the next chapter. The entire issue, TAD 5:2 Intelligence is currently open access. This issue also marks the end of Caryn's tenure on the editorial board. Caryn is a co-founder of the journal and served as inaugural Design Editor, as well as Issue Editor for TAD 4:1 Translation. TAD is dedicated to the advancement of scholarship in the field of building technology, with a particular focus on its translation, integration, and impact on architecture and design.
